Chairman – Mr Tan Tek Seng
Tan Tek Seng, a mechanical engineer by training, is the Executive Chairman of 3P Group of companies; former National President of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International Malaysia; Initiator & Founding Chairman of Good TV Malaysia; Founding Chairman of Family First Malaysia, an NGO to help Gen Y fathers with the support of their spouses to equip them physically, mentally, spiritually and financially for better families, better workplaces, better society and a stronger nation. He is also the Deputy Chairman of Family First Asia networking with like-minded individuals and organizations that share FF vision and mission. Elder Tan and wife Tinkie worship at SIB KL. They are blessed with 3 married children and 4 grandchildren who are residing overseas. Tan and his entire household are serving the Lord.
Founder/President – Prof Dr Paul Cheng Chai Liou
Prof Dr Paul Cheng Chai Liou is a company auditor, chartered accountant, tax consultant, and New Testament scholar. He is the founder and currently senior partner of Cheng & Co, a chartered accountants firm established in 1993. He holds a Bachelor of Business (1990) from University of Southern Queensland, Master of Business Administration (1991) from Oklahoma City University, and Doctor of Commercial Sciences (1996) from Oklahoma City University. He obtained his Doctor of Business Administration (2007) from University of Newcastle, Australia. He holds membership in MIA, MICPA, MIM, MNCC, CPA Australia, CTIM, CIMA UK, and IIA Malaysia. Prof Dr Paul is also an Adjunct Professor in University Tun Razak since 2011 and lectures on Mandatory Accreditation Program (MAP) for directors of public listed companies in Malaysia. In addition, he received his Graduate Diploma of Theology (2012) from University of Auckland and completed his Master of Theology in New Testament (2016) with Laidlaw Graduate School of Theology, New Zealand.
Director/Corporate Secretary – Pastor Christopher Toh Ban Wai
Pastor Christopher BW Toh is a trained Chartered Secretary. As a practicing company secretary, management consultant, and business coach, he founded the V3 Advisory group of companies, which provide corporate and professional consultancy services. He is also the Executive Director & Principal Consultant of UBSD Learning in Malaysia. He has more than 25 years corporate working experience in various fields.
Christopher obtained an MBA (Leadership), Master of Christian Studies (STM) and a professional qualification from The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA, UK) where he is currently an Associate member. He also holds a Diploma in Commerce (Business Management) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College, Diploma of Marketing Analyst (ICS, USA), Certificate in Advanced Coaching & Mentoring and Certificate in Instructional Courseware Development from the Institute of Training & Development (ITD). He has completed the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) program and an executive general management program at the National University of Singapore. He is a certified trainer by HRDF, Ministry of Human Resources. He is currently serving as an adjunct lecturer at The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus and Tunku Abdul Rahman University College as well as a marketplace pastor in KL Chinese Methodist Church.
Director – Assoc Prof Dr Eddie Phun Foo Boon
Dr Eddie Phun Foo Boon is currently the Director of Maxbrand Consulting Sdn Bhd. He holds a BA (Hons – 1985) in Economics from University of Malaya, an MBA (1995) in Marketing from University Putra Malaysia, and a DBA (2005) in Brand Marketing from University of South Australia. He is offering consultancy in marketing & branding and has conducted extensive in-house training and coaching on branding for many public companies. He has also lectured in the University of South Australia, UCSI University, and served as Associate Professor in Unirazak from 2008-2014. He is currently an Associate Professor in HELP University lecturing in the ME, MBA, and DBA programs. He has been supervising numerous students’ theses at the Masters and PhD levels since 2009. He holds a MCS (TEE) from Seminari Theoloji Malaysia and is engaged in a teaching and preaching ministry in his home church, Community Baptist Church Puchong.
Director/Legal Advisor – Ms Look Soo Mooi
Ms Look Soo Mooi is a lawyer by profession and is the sole proprietor of SM Look & Associates, a legal firm established in 2007 in Serendah. The firm is committed to serve and facilitate rural area and suburban development, assists the economic well-being of SMEs, and uplifting the competitiveness of Malaysia’s SME in the Asia Pacific region. She holds a LLB (1995) from London University, CLP (1999) from University Malaya, and an MBA in International Trade (2005) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, Australia. She has been serving as an advocate and solicitor with the High Court of Malaya since 2000 and is also a Malaysia Bar Council Mediator since 2008. She was also appointed by the Selangor Mentri Besar as a District Counsellor for Majlis Daerah Hulu Selangor from 2009-2013. She has conducted extensive research into legal, business and financial business areas as well as research for the Local Authority of the Majlis Daerah Hulu Selangor. In collaboration with the Strategic Youth Development and local communities, she is undertaking projects for character building for rural children and teenagers as well as setting up a community library at Serendah.
Director – Mr Erik Lai
Erik Lai was a marine surveyor by training and has served in senior management position in the marine insurance and IT industries. He was the General Manager of Glad Sounds for almost 20 years. He was the former National Director for Crown Financial Ministry in Malaysia, an associate trainer and national coordinator for EQUIP’s Million Leaders Mandate project. He was the former Chairman for Lutheran Communication in Asia (LUCIA) and also a one-term treasurer for Asian Region World Association of Christian Communication. He had also served on the editorial board of the Asian Lutheran News. He is currently serving as the Home Fellowship Coordinator in Full Gospel Assembly Kuala Lumpur. His passion is to raise leaders and help people to a make an eternal difference and impact with their lives. Erik and his wife are blessed with 3 children and a son-in-law. His entire family worships in FGA KL.
